Refunds & Returns

All sales are final including digital products. Once an order has been placed it can not be refunded, returned, changed, or exchanged unless the following exception occurs.

Exception:

  • If the customer received the wrong order we will accept a return and issue a full refund in the original form of payment pending the return is in its original condition.

 

Condition

  • The product must be in its original condition free of bleach, color, dye, brushing, combing, finger combing, washing, cutting, and with the original zip ties and tags attached and unaltered.

 

Return Request

  • Contact us at info@shopmedeci.com within 3 days of receiving the order to request a return.

  • Subject Line "Wrong Order". Please provide photo or video proof of order.

  • You will receive a return request approved (RRA) or return request denied (RRD) email.

  • RRA orders should be returned to: P.O. Box 240127, Montgomery, AL 36124

  • When we receive your approved return, we will issue a full refund in the original form of payment pending inspection. If we discover your return does not meet our conditions above, a refund will not be issued and the order will be disposed of.

  • Returned orders that have not been approved by us will not be accepted. We will dispose of the order and the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

Digital Downloads

All digital downloads orders are final. Once an order has been placed it can not be refunded, returned, canceled, changed, or exchanged.

Digital items have a download symbol displayed on the profile picture. Once an order has been placed, the customer will receive an email with a link to download the information. 

 

Before completing your digital item order, please carefully review your cart to ensure the quantity selected is "1". If the quantity exceeds "1", you will be charged for multiple downloads of a single item.
