Processing Orders
We normally begin processing orders within 1-3 business days of receiving them.
Validating Orders
All new customers are must validate their first order with us via email or sms to begin processing the order. This is done to prevent potential, suspicious, and/or friendly fraud. This does not apply to returning customers.

United States Express DHL Shipping is 3 - 7 business days after order has been fulfilled.

Customs and Duty Fees
Customers that place orders outside of the United States are responsible for customs and duty fees. These fees must be paid by the customers in order to receive the order. If the fees are not paid, you are willingly forfeiting the order and are at risk of the order being returned to the sender, customs maintaining possession of the order and/or the order being disposed of by customs. We are not liable for any orders that are kept or destroyed by customs or returned to us and we will not issue a refund, return, exchange.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The risk of lost or stolen orders placed on this website passes to the customer once the order is issued a tracking number and leaves our facility. This means the customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking number is issued and the order has been shipped. We recommend that customers contact the carrier directly to resolve any issues with tracking orders.
